Hey there 👋I lead the Growth team at kencko, one of the most exciting food tech startups, answering an incredibly simple but powerful question: how do you create convenient and delicious ways of consuming fruit and vegetables? Kencko's products are sold via DTC in nearly 50 countries, with a retail presence in thousands of stores across the US and an aggressive plan to expand further.My career as an operator spans over a decade working in VC-backed startups. I initiated my career in B2B, followed by starting the Retention practice at Lyst, the world's largest fashion search engine. My next challenge was at allplants, one of Europe's largest vegan food companies, where I led Retention & Engagement. At allplants, I implemented many strategies to make it one of Europe's most loved food brands. Currently, at kencko, I lead the Digital Marketing, CS, UX, and Digital Product teams. Teams that are spearheading kencko's efforts to grow its business in the US and across other international markets.Throughout my career, I've focused on understanding the growth dynamics of businesses, specifically where bottlenecks and opportunities lie, and coming up with clear strategies to generate sustainable growth. Outside of kencko, I'm one of the organizers of FoodHack Lisbon, a community that brings together leading folks in the food tech industry in Portugal, be it founders, investors, specialists, retailers, operators or academics.
