During this time, I was approached to lead the “Operational Excellence System” process and support global mining sites globally in process improvements in Peru, Mozambique, Australia and Canada. In 2018/2019 I worked for BHP in a 6-month contract role to review and optimise the maintenance strategies of a coal mine equipment.And since March/19, I'm the Principal Advisor of Reliability Engineering in the Pacific Aluminium Operations of Rio Tinto, being the support for the reliability subject across 7 sites (2 mines, 2 refineries and 3 smelters).
