Management functions (25% of working time):✓ Main user of the MES (Manufacturing Execution System);✓ Develop preventive maintenance plans in the ManWinWin maintenance software;✓ Monitor stock levels of parts;✓ Contact manufacturers' technicians and suppliers;✓ Create work instructions and flowcharts.Functions in practice, on the factory floor (75% of working time):✓ Carry out the necessary maintenance on different machines, mainly from Satisloh, including the replacement of parts and calibrations. Documenting the relevant facts of operations;✓ Control of measurement parameters, such as pressures, and monitoring of the performance and service life of the machine's most influential components;✓ Collaborate with other departments to ensure machines meet operational needs and production goals.

This curricular internship for my Thesis (17/20 values) at WRK company was based on the development of a mechanical design of a connector assembly machine.The work, later presented at various international conferences, involved:✓ Developing the equipment concept (R&D);✓ Creating the 3D mechanical design and producing 2D technical drawings using Solidworks (CAD);✓ Conducting structural verification through the Finite Element Method, using Solidworks (FEM);✓ Compiling a list of necessary components, preparing technical documentation, and evaluating equipment costs.
