Pedro is a highly versatile professional with a diverse skill set, having helped lead the Ravinia team to meet the dynamic and evolving business needs of the non-profit arts sector for over a decade. Starting as an entry-level intern, he has progressed through the organization to be the first full-time Social Media Coordinator, Manager of Public Relations, Manager of Client Services and Analytics, and Manager of Data and DE&I - all roles he has played a key role in creating.In 2020, as a founding member of the Data Analytics and Research Team (DART), Pedro is responsible for leading the organization through a data-centric evolution, overseeing the collection, management, and analysis of core business data to reduce risk, increase revenue, and widen impact through informed strategic decision-making. Pedro also oversees Ravinia's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs and Board Committees to ensure that the institution continues to create a place of belonging for our customers and staff.
