This resulted in the sale of 62% of the solutions in stock and seven new contracts in one week. • Lead Factory Westcon – With the objective to maximize the Westcon sales and resale results, we implemented a program, Lead Generation, in resales, which accompanied the sale process step by step, qualifying potential buyers. We saw marked increase in company resales between 18 and 43% and the joining together of new resale participants in the following fiscal year.• Marketing as a Service – I designed a platform for service in Westcon in order to offer Marketing and Communications Consultation to its manufacturers and resellers, with tools for sales, communications and creation.
