Flight analysis/route arrange and coordinate all land, overfly clearances, traffic rights, PPR, Customs & Immigration clearances, extensions to airport hours and Fire and Rescue category upgrades and slots involved in order to ensure that all flights are operated safely and efficiently and.

To oversee all Long Range Planning functions, ensuring that Long Range Planning tasks are completed efficiently as flight dispach, flight relese, ground handling, all land, overfly clearances, traffic rights, PPR, Customs & Immigration clearances, extensions to airport hours and Fire and Rescue category upgrades and slots involved and within target times.

Planning and obtaining all the relevant clearances for all the short range flights of the company.Flight Planning and feasibility checks and possible operational restrictions

To provide support to the Manager Flight Operations and Flight Dispatchers to ensure safe, reliable and efficient flight dispatch services. Monitoring the communications with the stations and pilots and highlighting the events that may impact operation of flights to the Operations Controller and Flight Dispatchers.

To provide safety and security around the parked aircraft. To be the link between the various departments that work together to ensure a smooth operation like fuel department, catering, aircraft cleaners, loading agents, boarding agents, operations, flight crew and the engineers.

To look after the interests of passengers from the moment they arrive at the check in counter and/or airport until the time that they board the airplane.
