My journey as an HR professional spans over 15 years, during which I worked as a generalist in large multinational companies such as AmBev, Sony Music, and Fonterra. Throughout this trajectory, I led teams and developed strategic actions in Talent Acquisition, OD, Training & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Compensation, and Labor Relations. My passion for developing people and driving sustainable business growth has always guided me.In 2018, I felt the need to embark on an entrepreneurial venture. I followed my passion for animals and founded WePetz, a marketplace in the pet sector. Although the startup did not achieve the success I had hoped for, the experience provided me with valuable lessons.Throughout my career, I have also had the opportunity to explore other areas, such as Logistics, Marketing, Community Management, and Software Development. These experiences, gained through various roles and projects over the years, have given me a broader and more strategic view of businesses.My interest in diverse cultures took me to live in England, New Zealand, and Germany, where I deepened my understanding of global dynamics. My career also afforded me the opportunity to travel for work to countries across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, further enriching my cultural and professional background.After the pandemics, with a new perspective, I decided to move to Germany, where I dedicated myself to volunteering and working on social and environmental causes.
