I am currently completing the Internet Systems Technology course at IFPB, expected to end in 2023. I have experience in Database, Backend Development and Project Management. During my internship at Dock, I ran the entire software development life cycle, from conception to final delivery. I was responsible for developing and maintaining applications, fixing bugs in the backend, documenting software functionalities, in addition to developing flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify needs and solutions. I acquired skills such as:- Analytical ability- Project management- SQL- Communication- Team work- InnovationAt Chat2Desk Brasil, I deepened my skills in marketing automation. I analyzed sales funnel requirements and objectives, defined and designed automation flows, configured and managed marketing automation platforms, integrated tools with internal systems and developed scripts for process automation. I created email campaigns, landing pages and lead capture forms, programmed triggers and automatic actions based on lead behavior, and implemented segmentation and personalization strategies. Monitored the performance of automations and the sales funnel, analyzed key metrics and generated reports for stakeholders. I kept automations updated with best practices, adjusted according to changes in products or strategies, trained the marketing and sales team in using automation tools and provided technical support, resolving problems related to automations.I am passionate about software development, as it allows us to create solutions for various problems and needs, positively impacting people's lives. Therefore, I am training myself to work in all stages of the software development process, from conception to final delivery. I seek to learn more about planning, execution, testing and implementation of projects, as well as improving my skills in languages ​​and tools used in development. I am also interested in agile methodologies and sustainable development practices, which value the quality of the final product and the positive impact on society.
