After a restructuring in the area, I was allocated to the Continuous Audit area, developing knowledge in SAP, being responsible for analyzing industrial maintenance indicators and carried out a project to minimize human interaction with the installation of cameras to capture the plate of transport vehicles when receiving wood. mitigating typing errors and freight payment fraud and biometric authentication for access to SAP mitigating theft and sharing of passwords. I developed a special project demand from the company's CSC Executive Manager by auditing chemical inputs at the Suzano plant, auditing the demand, receipt, storage, testing and consumption of these products. This work generated 10 points of Audit and 02 denunciations to the Investigative Audit of the company.

I started structuring a service delivery center in Projects based on the Administration course given at CEUN-IMT. For six months together with Prof. David Garcia Penof was studied and formulated a service letter to provide services in areas related to the course of the University Center.The nucleus was launched to the market in October 2017. It was possible to sell 4 projects related to the administration course in November 2017, two diagnostics via Focus Group and 2 consultants in the construction of a Business Plan under the coordination of Prof. Afonso Carlos Braga.I left the core in December 2018.

In October 2016, I applied for the position of the Financial Director of the Junior Company, being elected for the period from Dec-2016 to Dec-2017, assuming the entire Legal, Financial, Accounting and Administrative administration of the company. I reformulated the cost structure with new cost calculations and criteria and a new pricing methodology geared to the client's profile, I was responsible for reallocating the junior company's cash reserve investments, thus creating new criteria for cash compensation, I worked on improvement of the processes for contracting personal accident insurance, processes for purchasing inputs and also in the accounts payable process, making it more flexible. I coordinated reforms in the statute and internal regulations of the junior company (whose is a Civil Association of Private Law), coordinated the exchange and the transition process between the accounting office providing services to the Junior Company whose involved the process of adapting accounting standards and regulations, during this transition it was possible to discover and remedy debts outstanding for more than 10 years with the union and a registration irregularity in the city of São Paulo. He had the opportunity to participate in congresses and meetings of junior companies in São Paulo and Bahia, and events with large companies in the consulting sector. In 2017 Mauá Jr. was the first junior company in the state of São Paulo to be fully regularized during the year during FEJESP audits. During my tenure, the Finance Department achieved several cost optimizations, achieving the result at the end of 2017 with a cash position of R$ 75.000,00 in financial reserves and R$ 15.000,00 in working capital against R$ 23.000,00 in intevestments and R$ 15.000,00 of working capital at the end of 2016.

At Mauá Jr. I started as a Trainee in the Financial Department, being responsible forfinancial coordination of projects, payments, cash flows and preparation of invoices.
