• Research and development of a A.I. model oriented to edge-devices, with the purpose of analyzing machinery conditions in order to make early and long-term predictions about its general state (predictive maintenance).• Backend developer for a multi-threading system (consisting of +10 parallel devices) capable of extracting data from local machinery located in a factory, them being able to process it for real-time representation of local conditions, production goals, among many other key parameters. As result, a first prototype was tested into a production environment and was successfully verified by quality operators.• Mechanical modeling and calculation of physical variables and conditions in real-life machinery within +5 different scenarios, thus determining optimal parameters for its operability before deployment. As result, the needed time for QA and testing was reduced considerably by more than 2 weeks per machine.• Lead engineer into anodizing area of the company, in which I conducted extensive research in order to implement this process for the first time in the company, thus being skilled hands-on. During my stance, I managed to take all the decisions based on production and research about new capabilities for our customers. As result, a new production area into the company was enabled due to my research.
