This involved the daily coordination of huge volumes of information across an inter-continental design team (Poland, Qatar, Oman, India), as well as developing and implementing improved BIM strategies.

Design team lead of the main sport precinct of the next Panamerican and Para-panamerican Games to be hosted in Lima in 2019. The main challenge of this project is to deliver on time a 16 month design and build contract. The role of Design Manager is defined as a key personnel of the project and therefore Pedro's candidature was approved by the organising committee due to his experience working with international teams.
