Credit Manager
CurrentResponsible for the Credit and Collections performance of assigned Regions.Make Credit decisions based on the financial assessment of customers.Conduct and manage regular Credit management calls with customers and business owners.Engage with the local finance teams to implement action plans to reduce the overdue.Perform regular and ad hoc reporting activities, both with Alcon and Novartis.Collaborate closely with the other functions to achieve strong performance along the value chain.Act as a business partner with the regions to grow the business while mitigating the Credit risk.Mantain effective relationships with banks más financial institutions.Ensure compliance of the Credit management activities.Strive relentlessly for efficient and effective working procedures.Review the distribution agreements and provide feedback on the credit-related clauses.Lead various projects on need basis.
