Mission: Manage the Research, Development and Innovation (RD&I) field operations at Nutrien's Agronomy Centers, supporting data generation and technical portfolio positioning (seeds, pesticides, fertilizers, biological, etc) as defined and agreed with R&D Technical Managers and Product Managers.Main responsibilities:- Assess, (re)define and implement a medium term concept for the RD&I Agronomy Centers. - Responsible for the management and professional development of the Research Stations' teams. - Recruit, retain, and manage researchers to contribute to organizational human capital planning. - Manage administrative routines, corporate policies, HR requirements and other corporate guidelines. - Lead the efforts for technical data generation and implementation of the agronomic trials network for all portfolio Categories (Fertilizers, Nutrients, Biologicals, Crop Protection, and Seeds).- Oversee the process of collecting, analyzing, interpreting and appropriate storage of data from all trials. - Lead the mapping, construction and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Ensure that trials are conducted with the appropriate experimental methodology and quality.- Manage and coordinate all matters relating to the R&D Stations facilities.- Plan and manage operating (SG&A) and capital (CAPEX) budgets. - Support the technical training of the Market Development and Commercial teams.- Ensure alignment and implementation of technical strategies at country level, exploiting synergies across businesses and R&D. - Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards by all employees and for all activities at the Research Stations.

• Management of the research station restructuring projects and continuous improvement; • Research Station accreditation set up and follow up, with specialized consultancy, in the Brazilian Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply; - Development of the master plan for irrigation project and use of water sources; for the construction of crop protected and testing environments (greenhouses); and for electrical supply from solar energy; • Management of field research projects and monitoring of customer needs;• Management of expenses and purchase with the responsible department;• Responsible of Opex anda Capex budget;
