Through process optimization, our team size was reduced from 7 to 5 members, saving 2 FTEs, while simultaneously doubling the scope of analyses conducted. The team maintains high satisfaction rates with positive evaluations, and individual career plans have been developed, offering mentorship and support for personal growth. Agile project management has been implemented, creating and tracking OKRs and developing BI solutions for data-driven decision-making. The analyses conducted have successfully prevented errors in accounting for 36M BRL in 2023, and we are expanding our scope for 2024. Quality control and management of the products and tools used have been ensured, with performance monitoring alongside the engineering and product teams. Additionally, a continuous improvement cell has been established within the structure, driving results without increasing team capacity. Furthermore, management of the operation responsible for qualifying QuintoAndar's rental business billing has been undertaken, involving validation of over 400k invoices through sampling analyses, internal controls, business rule analyses, and specific reviews to minimize incorrect billings and disbursements.

Operational Reconciliation with focus on eliminating financial gaps in the Payments operations, through continuous improvement. Saving of 500K reais in 2020, identified through immersion processes and data extraction & explanation, using SQL and advanced knowledge in Excel (including Power Query and Power Pivot) & Google Sheets. It was also used Google Data Studio to track KPIs and make decisions data-driven. Improvement of 80% in processes efficiency, through basic programming (VBA and scripts) and advanced knowledge in Excel & Google Sheets. It was only possible due a strong team work and great interactions with stakeholders and peers.
