My responsibility is to help the team in their deliveries, solving technical and behavioral GAPs. Supporting them in their career evolution, helping to build the Individual Development Plan and follow-up.In 2022, I coordinated the Beway projects (Delivery Management and Crowdshipping) and also the T2 product (Tracking 2), leading more than 15 people. The projects had different objectives:- Beway, being a pilot product, new, using microservices, on azure, with the latest technologies on the market, such as .Net Core, Flutter and React JS. In 2022, I was responsible for assembling (hiring) a new squad, for the implementation of the Crowdshipping module.- The T2, on the other hand, is a more than 10-year-old product, which is being commissioned little by little. That is, in this project, the objective is to keep the product delivering value, at the same time that it is turned off.As a coordinator, I am responsible for:- Agility: monitoring of agility indicators such as Cycle Time, flow efficiency, TTM, among others. We use SCRUM, and it is my responsibility to monitor its application in the team, with mentoring and carrying out the rites.- Engineering: Monitoring of engineering indicators, such as Quality Score, bugs, defects, backlogs, among others. Support the architect's decision-making process; realize the need for the technical team and seek help, so that efficiency remains high.- People: responsible for remuneration, hiring, team well-being, feedback, career development, conflict resolution, diversity, among others.

Between 2020 and 2021, I was Tech Lead for the T2 product, using technologies such as .Net Core, Entity-Framework, messaging services (Rabbit and Service Bus), databases such as SQL Server and MongoDb.My responsibility in this project:- Perform refinements of business demands for the technical team, that is, perform the system analysis. In this responsibility I applied techniques such as synchronous refinement to help in the efficiency of the process.- Support other more junior devs, answering questions, doing pair programming and passing on study tips.- Responsible for the team's Code Review, ensuring project standards, code quality, vulnerabilities and easy maintenance in the future.- Support the architect in some of his functions, such as solution monitoring, maintenance, technical planning, design of new architectural solutions, studies and tests with new technologies.In the middle of 2021 until 2022, I was the Tech Lead of the Beway project, a new project. In this project, more than 5 microservices were used in .Net Core, front-end in React JS, and mobile application in Flutter.I participated in most of the decision-making regarding the technical part and was responsible for leading the technical team in the development of this solution.As a Tech Lead, I was also responsible for technical feedback, support in the career development of other developers, conflict resolution and system maintenance in case of an emergency.

My responsibility as a Legal System Analyst was to analyze the business demand, acceptance criteria and plan how the system should be to meet the customer's needs.In this experience, I learned a lot of leadership techniques, system analysis, conflict resolution and project planning with schedules.

I started in the maintenance team, with responsibility for solving bugs and implementing new reports for customers. Then I was migrated to the project team, responsible for implementing new modules in the system, and customization for customers. In this experience, I used a lot of .NET technologies, javascript, HTML, JQuery and SQL Server. The system I worked on was a Legal ERP, WEB, with many modules and very complete.
