My experiences in reputable law firms have made me a highly adaptable professional. More than just getting used to challenging situations, I've realized that the most complex challenges are precisely what lead me to the best results.Beyond the motivational aspect, my favorite part of facing major obstacles is how overcoming them usually requires joint efforts, which often give me the opportunity to count on incredible people by my side. This is how the achievements I'm most proud of came about, including some great friendships.Even before I formally entered the job market, when I decided I would study law, my discipline and dedication to the admission exams stemmed from the challenge of becoming a student at USP, which I only overcame along with the commitment of friends and family.During my undergraduate studies, I wanted to live up to these efforts: I achieved an excellent academic record; I took part in study and extension groups; I was a scholarship researcher for CNPq's scientific initiation program; I obtained all the necessary credits more than a year in advance; and I ended by receiving the highest grade "with honors" in the final thesis.In the meantime, I had the chance to collaborate on the development of the master's paper of a lawyer who, pleased with my work, later invited me to work as a trainee in a dispute resolution team at the law firm where he was a partner. From that moment on, I have intensely developed my ability to adapt to unexpected situations, based on a mindset open to learning and continuous growth, unafraid to embrace adversity and transformation with positivity and confidence.
