Ve Global is a London based Tech company, specialised in digital marketing, remarketing and retargeting.In 2014 I accepted the challenge of build up the VE Global Technology Center in Bilbao, where the R&D and Operations activities has been carried out since then.I am responsible for the administrative, financial and HR management of the center, assuming different roles during this period. - In my position of company representative, I lead the relationship with local institutions third parties and partners, not only for the Bilbao office but the entire Spanish entity. - With up to 100 staff in the Bilbao office I have led a variety of cross-department initiatives to ensure the company is compliant at every stage in a range of areas such as labour, health and safety, salaries, etc.- As primary Human Resources officer and company representative, I lead the company relationship with works council, contractual staff terms and staff conflict management. - As head of finance, I am responsible for cash management, accounting, audit, taxes filing and reporting or grants management among others. Management of the R&D projcets, technical reports, grants and tax credits.
