Pedro is co-founder and CEO @StopClub, social fintech for Gig Workers, a population that represents over 20% of all BR workforce. Pedro’s entrepreneur saga began in 2014, when he founded GoGudi, which was a service marketplace with over 10k providers. Before that, Pedro thought he would make his living in the financial market, where he worked for over 8 years in two asset management companies and even got a master’s degree (stricto sensu) in Economics and a specialization in Corporate Law and Financial Market, both in prestigious schools in Rio de Janeiro. Another curious fact is that young Pedro never knew what he wanted to become professionally, so he took Business Administration courses because, at that time, it seemed the choice that closed less doors in the future and he would have more time to figure out what to become. Young Pedro graduated, but was not able to solve that question in the projected time.Pedro is a family guy that loves spending time with his family, two kids, and wife. His other passions are Flamengo, entrepreneurship, reading (now listening) to entrepreneurship books and loves to learn true and passionate stories from other entrepreneurs. He also loves poker but becoming a full-time entrepreneur and dad has taken its toll.
