Responsável pelos departamentos de Controle de Custos e Planejamento, atuando com as equipes de obras em todos os contratos da companhia.Atualmente com 10 obras sob gestão, sendo 8 em andamento e 2 em encerramento, totalizando mais de 450mil m².

In this new challenge for the logistical-horizontal sector, I am responsible for coordinating the Planning, Costs Control, and Resources teams in order to integrate information and generate a solid and assertive follow-up, which optimizes our ability to prepare projections about the Project in different scenarios.In addition to ensuring the interaction between the different specialties, I have the function of coordinating feasibility studies for employing alternatives/innovations in construction systems, solutions, and materials, which can add value to our Product and Matec.

Responsible for Planning and scheduling the "Parque da Cidade" project, located in the capital of São Paulo, a development with more than 245,000m², to be executed in a bold delivery schedule and with complex technical characteristics. > To know more about this project, make sure to check the media attached below.I recently worked in the leadership and coordination of the Planning Team for the Parque da Cidade project in the capital of São Paulo, a real estate development with more than 230,000 m², performed and delivered within a bold 28-month schedule.I had strong participation in contract management and in negotiations regarding scope changes, financial claims, and other technical/commercial matters.In Strategic Planning, I was responsible for the ideation and turned feasible the pre-assembly of the steel structure helipads of the 3 towers, reducing the number of people involved in the construction, the risks of activities at height, and optimizing the use of tower-cranes, which had a positive impact on the project schedule. Previously, I was responsible for Planning and co-responsible for Production in the Becton Dickinson Medical Technology (BD) factory expansion project in Curitiba, PR. In this project, I used to maintain direct contact with the suppliers, the project management firm, and the field staff, to ensure necessary activities would meet the plans and desired schedule. Also, I intermediated all the contact with the client's international board of directors through daily reports and a constant agenda of meetings and conferences, conducted in the English language.

• Responsible for the planning of the expansion project of BD, located in the city of Curitiba, Brazil. The project is aimed to the medical industry with great interventions in the plant under operation. Direct contact with international stakeholders, being the whole relationship conducted in English.• Responsible of tracking and developing pre-construction and construction schedules through Primavera P6 Project Management software, as well as the development of Attack Plans, Risk Analysis and Technical Documentation for new projects and bid processes
