I identify opportunities for improvement in the certification process and the quality management system, implementing more efficient and cost-effective practices.Ensuring compliance with certification deadlines, guaranteeing customer satisfaction, and adherence to regulations, thus avoiding delays in product launches. Additionally, I provide ongoing training for the team, keeping them updated on new standards, procedures, and technologies.
