Pedro Henrique Jasmim is an entrepreneur, marketer, professor, TEDx speaker, and cool hunter. At 21, while still in college, Pedro began his entrepreneurial journey. He founded Grupo Berlinn, a creative ecosystem comprising the brand experience agency Berlinn, the audiovisual production company Osllo Mídia, the sponsorship agency Tokkyo, and Romma, a company that manages restaurants such as Alba Gastrobar, Pitada, and TT Burger franchises. The group is a benchmark in innovation, developing campaigns for global brands like Itaú, TikTok, Heineken, Barbie, Adidas, Vogue, and Carolina Herrera, always with a strategy aligned to contemporary market demands.Among Pedro’s most iconic projects is the signing of soccer player Marcelo to Fluminense, a campaign that broke digital engagement records, filled Maracanã Stadium with over 42,000 fans, and garnered international visibility. He also led Tetrix, the world’s largest university challenge recognized by Guinness World Records, with 154,000 participants from 84 countries, and created Chef Por Um Dia, a project that combines innovation and gastronomy, transforming the careers of culinary professionals.In recent years, Pedro has expanded Berlinn's international operations, leading projects in Europe and connecting brands to new markets.
