Pedro is a dual-licensed attorney in Florida and Venezuela. He has successfully represented clients in complex and high-stakes disputes in various industries, such as technology, energy, hospitality, tourism, and food and beverages before international arbitration tribunals and local courts, and has mediated and settled various cases through conflict negotiation. He also advises clients on how to navigate the legal and regulatory challenges and opportunities in Latin America, especially in relation to the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).Pedro is passionate about developing training and research programs in dispute resolution and works closely with arbitration and mediation centers and top law and business schools in Latin America to improve professional education standards and promote alternative dispute resolution methods. He is also active in the South Florida legal community, helping to expand their practice in mediation, anti-corruption compliance, and international arbitration. Pedro is fluent in Spanish and English and also reads and writes in Portuguese.
