I lead multicultural teams to company goals. The team will focus on achieving success on the planned and controlled schedule, cost, quality, safety and environment awareness.I'm used to be responsible for (together with my teams) execution and coordination of:- Tender Management - Technical proposals responding to the tender procedure (including design execution if included in our proposal and for EPC Projects)- Contract Management - analyses of minutes with clients (as to responding to general law, tender procedure and our financial and technical proposal - also FIDIC contracts)- Project Management - Execution of initial elements for new projects which includes Work Plan, equipment and workers assignments, technical disclosure of designs, presentation of errors and omissions reports, BOQs verification (Quantity Engineer) and rectification including measurements, budgeting, definition of safety, environmental and quality control on the site (internal, external and exterior (supervision)).- QSA Management - coordination of the quality and safety agents during the execution of the works and actualization of the safety and quality plans of the company (at H&S this plans have been developed by my team for the first time, in my previous company (Spaceproject) we developed a complete quality procedure for the company and got certification).- Monthly control and analyses of information from the projects (monthly report) related to schedule, cost, quality and safety. Deviations from initial planning are analyzed and milestones are controlled.- Subcontractors contracts and monthly production validation (after confirmation by project and cost department from the company)Within Managing level:- Definition of department's (or company) strategy and yearly goals- Preparation of yearly report for the departments including predictions for the upcoming year (cost, manpower, expectations, risks,..).- Monthly and quarterly progress and cost control (compared to planned)
