My name is Pedro Ochoa and I am a first-generation Latino college student at UCLA, majoring in Sociology and Communications. My experiences with globally known organizations like the NBA, WNBA, NFL, and UCLA Athletics have prepared me for the professional world. Through these experiences, I learned valuable transferable skills such as, how to collaborate with different departments and associates, work under tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively. In addition, I have been exploring various career pathways in the business field, while actively creating an impact on the communities and spaces I share with others. I am particularly interested and focused on the marketing and sales sectors of business as I love interacting and making an impact on a consumer.
