CurrentEquatorial Holding Guinea is a society of investments and participation of the State whose objective is economic diversification and the profitability of the State's resources from the hydrocarbons sector. Our mission is to co-establish profitable projects that encourage the creation of industries in the sectors defined as priorities in the process of economic diversification, such as agriculture, livestock, fishing and the services sector in general.My responsibilities are:• Coordinate the tasks of the Asset Office.• Coordinate the tasks of the Office of Analysis of Technical Projects.• Coordinate the tasks of the Office of Communication and Marketing.• Prepare reports of the evolution of the global economic and financial context and the national economic and financial situation.• Prepare reports on investment opportunities in one country or another.• Prepare and raise studies of the different investment possibilities in various sectors, productive investments, portfolio investments, investments in real estate and others.• Keep track of the acquisition of titles issued by other countries.• Prepare the documentation and technical reports on the level of indebtedness of the State to raise the General Directorate and the Board of Directors.• Raise reports on the viability and convenience of investment projects.• Carry out the control and monitoring of the profitability and financial balance objectives of business operations and projects.• Ensure compliance with the legal and fiscal requirements of the projects.• Prepare reports on the situation of the entity's investment projects.
