At CoCriar, we believe that conversations shape realities. We host conversational spaces in complex organisational contexts that identify the need to act in a collaborative way. My internal role as a partner is to coordinate our organisational development efforts, in a way that is coherent with our values of transparency and inclusiveness.As a dialogue facilitator I worked in differents contexts: facilitating the co creation of the stakeholder engagement plan of a huge fuel industry; mediating conversations between the foundation responsible for the reparation of the damage caused by the breakdown of a mining company dam and the communities affected, in order to reestablish communication after conflicts and make the foundation accountable for their promises; mentoring a school director in dealing with lots of conflicts between teachers and to develop a participative decision-making process; mediating conversations between directors and teachers in a school after the latter group went into strike; hosting deep listening spaces for social service workers; facilitating strategic plannings to a group of architects that supported community house movements; teaching nonviolent communication to a mainly LGBTQI+ dancing group; hosting dialogue facilitation training.

The "Listening and Coexistence Lab" creates safe spaces for deep listening aiming for more harmonious relationships. We provide teambuilding and conflict mediation services to companies such as Itaú-Unibanco, Globo, McDonald's, Iguatemi Shopping Centers.One of our notable projects is the "Parents' School", a partnership with the school Carandá VivaVida in São Paulo. We started with a space for parents to dialogue about the "goods" and "bads" of taking care of children. The dialogical space aroused the desire to build connections with the school directors and thus we facilitated some conversations between them and parents. We interpret to have contributed to a dialogical culture there, since we've been invited to facilitate other conversations with other "stakeholders": a safe space for teenagers to share their sufferings with each other and cocreation of the arts "convention", for instance.

There are lots of issues in Barcarena, a city in the North of Brazil: lack of opportunities for youth, lack of basic sanitation, drug trafficking, conflict intra and between groups, economic inequality and so on. The main goal of the project is to instigate and sustain effective coalitions for positive social change in those issues; to provide the structure for the people of Barcarena to become subjects of their transformation. We had three main offers: (i) an observatory to provide trustworthy information about reality; (ii) a "Peace Center" to host a local way to deal with conflicts; (iii) financial and technical support to local initiatives.My main roles in the project were to articulate and facilitate dialogues and projects related to water issues and to create a strategy to develop a Peace Center in Barcarena, which would encourage a transformative way to deal with conflicts in the city.

It was the “formal” start of my journey as a dialogue facilitator. Two relevant interventions were (i) creating a safe space for partners in a design agency to negotiate the shutdown of one of their business units and (ii) facilitating restorative circles in an intentional community, which was having lots of conflicts on their living together.

The Base was the head quarters of Play the Call. I lived there with ten more people to make the project happen - without using money. Everything that we needed was provided by the network that supported the project - the bread for breakfast or time to help in specific tasks. We worked in a horizontal way, self managing ourselves. It was a harsh process, since none of us had a previous experience in that model. Slowly we adapted to it. Then, I started to articulate our work processes, facilitating planning meetings and co-creation sessions. Also, I built the method behind the game dynamics with the help of educators that applied it and returned feedbacks. We tested a lot of scenarios to create a minimum viable product, which is now available on our website.

Anchieta school hired us to find out how to improve internal processes and the quality of the education provided. We used Design Thinking methodologies to collect the information needed. The biggest lesson learned was that involving all the main actors - teachers, students and school team - into a trusted environment is a necessary condition to display all the desires and anguishes that shape the existing relationships. Those informations are important to conceive and build a solution that really works and persists after the consultants leave the workplace.

I'm the business developer. Partnerships prospecting and relationship, marketing, business model improvements and so on. My role is not limited by its label. I'm constantly in need of learning new things to keep the business growing - from using design softwares and copywriting to managerial practices. I've been learning a lot.

I've worked on the conception and construction of the training guides destined to all people involved into Kroton's budget planning. The company had bought a new IT system and acquired a new company - so it was critical to inform everyone how the budget had to be made.We mapped the actual process, studied the new system, figured all the groups that had to be trained and then built the guides based on each of the identied groups.

I've got back to Cosin as an independent consultant to help the projects at Itaú-Unibanco. I've worked on the conception of the database X system integration functionalities and on the project management.

I have worked on new projects at Itaú-Unibanco that required my precedent knowledge onto the database that I helped to build as an intern and analyst.I've built commercial proposals to extend the database integration expertise to other systems that would need to consume its data.

I kept on working onto the same project that I've had started as an intern with more autonomy to deal with technical issues with clients and the programming team. After we finished this project, I've started to build an internal knowledge management program - from its conception and validation with the consultancy partners to planning and functional analysis. In the meanwhile, I've worked to build new products (corporate management and IT development methodologies) and was the first analyst to bring a new client to the company portfolio.After this period of "intrapreunership", I've got back to projects: productivity comparison between the same areas of two companies that had recently merged - Telefonica and Vivo; viability study of a Shared Services Center for Tenco Shopping Centers and posterior process design.

As an intern, I've started to work on a huge project for the evolution of Itaú-Unibanco's Treasury. It's main goal was to automate some calculation processes. First as the project manager assistant, and afterwhile as a functional analyst. It was the first contact with the IT world.
