Koex Group is composed of three business units (retail and industrial packaging and agriculture plastic solutions) with nine companies, which includes Naturplas. Its consolidated turnover is over 37 million euros, and its assets are 32 million euros, with more than 60 employees in Spain, Morocco and in the USA.I am in charge of the areas of administration, accountancy and treasury, including the subsidiaries in the USA and in Morocco. Focused on Corporate Planning and Control, I have designed the new administration work flows and implemented procedures to adapt our IT systems and policies to the teams over all the companies and establishments, including programmes of motivation and training in accountancy and budgeting;I have obtained finance up to 15 million euros, and reduced the cost of finance by more than 30%, with new products for the working capital needings. I have also redesigned the corporate cash strategy, with the implementation of new information systems and specific software, in order to forecast and to control;I have established politics to control the Credit and Receivables and the FX exposure, both for sale and for purchase, with banks and FinTech new agents;Now, I am taking part in the committee responsible for the new corporate ERP, which allows the planning and control of the new investments in the industrial unit, and the consolidated reports. Also, I am reviewing and designing new politics and procedures of purchasing.

Since 2008, I have been teaching in Spain, Mexico and Colombia, besides giving tutorials and webinars. In 2012 and 2013 I contributed to the implementation of the Reverse Method in ESDEN Business School, which has included written documents, recorded videos, tests, and practice cases for several subjects in Management and Finance.

First, as Treasury Manager, and then as CFO, I was responsible for several areas, such as Accounts, Treasury, Planning and Control, including the tax and legal compliance, of up to seven companies;I reported Consolidated Accounts to PRISA, our Parent holding company, in accordance with IFRS, audited by Deloitte; I negotiated with banks, after designing the corporate financial management, based on the cash pooling;I improved working capital politics, reducing the cash-conversion cycle (controlling investment in stock and clients, and increasing the period granted by suppliers);I took part in the committees which carried out four plant closings (including Mateu Cromo), and the bankruptcy of Dedalo Offset; I coordinated the design of the business plans in the group, leading the budget control and periodic corporate reporting;From the first mergers on, I was responsible for designing procedures and reorganizing departments with the new ERP, after downsizing processes.

I was responsable for the accounting and the treasury, including the monthly financial closure and reporting;With the owner and CEO, I implemented the Credit Control policy, and the credit insurance policy with CESCE.

I contributed to the obtaining of the money transfer licence (Western Union) from Banco de España, after inspection of the SEPBLAC.I closed the 2004 financial statements according to the PGC and the Italian Parent standards, Angelo Costa Spa, audited by Deloitte.

With the CFO of PRISA, we designed the Corporate Treasury in PRISA and implemented the cash pooling, which included not only legal and technical actions with the banks, but also changing all the cash flow information system and procedures with the subsidiaries (El Pais, Santillana, SER, …);As a result, I liased with the all the banks and all the CFO's of the subsidiaries, both local and foreign;I created a regular corporate finance bulletin to plan and control the corporate cash flow.

I took part in the team which carried out two Project Finance in Redesur (Bolivia) with BDI, SCH, BBVA and the rest of sponsors, Cobra and Abengoa.
