Member of the team of Architects developing the construction drawings for the Miami Science Museum to be located in Downtown Miami as part of the Musueum Park. This projects is being developed in collaboration with Grimshaw Architects as the design architects.

In charge of the Construction Administration day to day work at the Miami International Airport Hotel Amenity Floor Renovation Project. As part of his job he received and responded to RFI's , participated on the Owner/Architect/ Contractor meetings, revised and approved payment applications. Prepared revised set of drawings and was in charge of the permitting process as well as the didding and precontruction phases.

Made field surveys showing the existing conditions of several offices spaces and produced as built drawings reflecting the field conditions
