Founder Partner and CEO of Ucar (www.ucar.pe), a transport service companies and business solutions founsded in Peru in 2023, with operations in Peru. My experience at Ucar includes the start-up, management and expansion of the company, evaluation and start-up of each project, brand creation and development, definition of growth strategies, financial sustainability, customer acquisition and people management.Prior to starting Ucar, I spent more than 7 years in the telecommunications industry and 5 years in the corporate transport industry in Peru. In the latter I was a promoter of the development and implementation of new ideas in the position of Project Manager.In my professional career I have been trainer manager for a Claro and Bitel service outsourcing company (Peru). I also had the opportunity to contribute as an advisor and auditor to different companies.I am a sports enthusiast such as running, soccer and capoeira; I have had the opportunity to participate in various competitions.I have a joint degree in Financial and Business Administration.
