I serve as the crucial link between Innovation & Development (I&D) and (technical) sales.Key Responsibilities:* Market Analysis:-Conduct comprehensive market research to understand consumer preferences, emerging trends, and customer needs across the entire bakery and cereal solutions category.-Collect and analyze market data to identify gaps, opportunities, and threats in the market.Strategy Formulation:-Develop optimal pricing and promotional strategies for bakery and cereal solutions, considering market conditions and competition.-Monitor price development, margin, market share, and customer perception.* Product Portfolio Optimization and Innovation:-Review and optimize the current product portfolio, focusing on high-margin and high-potential products.-Collaborate with I&D to develop new bakery and cereal products, ensuring alignment with consumer trends such as health, convenience, and sustainability.-Develop a three-year product pipeline with clear timelines and milestones.*Customer Demand Management:-Handle customer inquiries about bakery and cereal products, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure appropriate solutions.*Achievements and Goals:-Successfully developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for the bakery and cereal solutions category.-Achieving specific production and GP growth targets for flatbread, pizza, enzymes, and other segments.Leading the implementation and launch of new products like Sonpulse.
