Bootstrapped and led a successful payment orchestrator platform, serving merchants, PSPs, and acquirers.I managed the Engineering and Product teams, designed the implementation of a cloud-agnostic microservice and data architecture processing millions of daily transactions, and was responsible for Cryptography and Compliance (PCI DSS level 1 and PCI PIN).As a Founder, I also played a part in Finance, HR, Sales, and PMO.In-house developed services included:- A payment gateway with numerous integrations supporting card-present, ecommerce, marketplace, and alternative payment methods. All accessible through generic APIs, a shared tokenization vault, and a unified reconciliation abstraction.- A custom POS Terminal App incorporating server-side/HSM dynamic routing between acquiring processors and DCC.- A Risk engine equipped with a rules engine and integrated with third-party systems.- Multi-purpose real-time analytics and reporting services supporting merchant hierarchy.

Led the Switch merger following the acquisition.Started the ePOS API and oversaw the ePOS domain.

Led a team that conceptualized and implemented the initial version of "Black & White," Farfetch's white-label fashion e-commerce platform and CMS, which was subsequently rebranded as Farfetch Platform Solutions, and became a major department of the company.

Founded a P2P mobile payments app, invested by Seedcamp. Managed the Product and Engineering team.

Managed the Engineering team of MEO Music, a music streaming service serving millions of users, with complex infrastructure and DRM requirements.
