• Input and control of administrative routines, including quality of information in operational bulletin launch system (PIMS-TOTVS and GAtec), being KeyUser of both systems;• Responsible for registering information in the systems used by the controllership (PIMS-TOTVS and GAtec);• Responsible for controlling and closing agricultural inputs in conjunction with the warehouse.• Responsible for the traceability of incoming fruit, registered products, lack of pesticides, purpose of agricultural use and operations carried out, making reports, presentation, explanation to managers and external auditors in certification audits;• Control and closing of third-party services, from daily control to the completion of the payment process;• Creation of reports and dashboards via Excel and Power BI;• Closing and Analysis of Variable Remuneration Program (PRV) for employees;• KeyUser of MDM system, to control electronic devices (Tablets and cell phones), helping users with initial technical support and other needs during use and handling;• Participation in the development and implementation of new technologies to facilitate the company's day-to-day activities;• Closing and analysis of tax commissions in the fruit harvesting area;• Preparation of data and information through the systems and reports available for presentation to managers/directors, for analysis and assistance in making strategic decisions for the company;• Opening requisitions, preparing purchase orders and accessing and analyzing Oracle System reports (EBS).
