- Participate in projects from both areas, Development and Asset Management.- Support and assist the Development & Asset Management team in their day-to-day projects: o Projects will be related to i) rent negotiations ii) assets divestments iii) development opportunities iv) spaces optimization. o To gather and analyze all relevant information (market researches, business plans and financial analysis...) in order to prepare the negotiations strategies or new development projects. o To prepare presentations for the Top Management of the Company.- To coordinate and push for the completion of the departments’ yearly objectives and to achieve the consecution of the Action Plan.
