Professional experience focused in the development and management of architectural projects, coordination and supervision of works. Pedro experience starts during the period in which frequents the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Porto (1981-1986), as long collaborating with Architect Rui Leal in the Conversion of a Sec.XVlll mansion in to an hotel unit and furthermore with Architect Celio Melo da Costa in the Master Plan of Amarante. With the completion of the Bachelor of Architecture, 1986, is invited to collaborate in the Office of Architect Ivan Kolecek in Lausanne, Switzerland, as Intern Architect, primarily involved in the development of tenders and projects in state buildings. Returned to Portugal in 1987, joins Cinclus Planning and Project Management, SA, where developed, as architect, designs for various business areas of the Sonae Group, highlighting the expansion of the distribution and international industry. Between 2001 and 2007 joins the enterprise stuff of Spinarq, Architecture and Projects, SA as Head Architect, with special relevance involvement in projects of shopping centers, inside and outside Portugal, hoteliers (Congress Centre PPH) and sports / health. In 2007 begins to exercise the functions of architect project coordinator in Praedium ll, Real Estate SA with special focus on the conversion and asset management, highlighting, among other projects, the block of Porto Palace Hotel and the Sonae Business Park in Maia. In early 2010, began his activity as Architect and Project Manager under a Liberal Profession, establishing partnerships with enterprises and offices according to the characteristics of the projects and works to develop, highlighting: Extension of Tivoli Shopping (Brazil), Lodging Solutions precast houses (Portugal), Alshaab Sports Hall – bill of quantities (Iraq), “Baia de Luanda” - definition of the commercial product (tenants mix), Urbânia - as technical advisor and support to the development in Portugal.
