Considering my project management experience, I was invited to lead the VisionPLUS Finance and Risk departments, having multiple critical projects to the success of the global GE Money initiative.Being a program with more than 11 parallel projects, I was responsible for more than three, and working on a multi-cultural environment, I've lead more than three team members and three external teams, at both national and international level.Despite of the number of resources, I’ve always kept the same level of engagement and management of all program activities and sub-projects (here listed the main ones): VisionPLUS – Implementation of a New Receivables System, regarding all Finance & Risk related matters.DataWarehouse – Implementation of a new DataWarehouse merging data from several business systems.Finance – Implementation and creation of the theoretical concept of an interface between VisionPLUS and Oracle Financials.Risk – Implementation of all the necessary guidelines regarding business requirements.Afterwards, on the Risk Department, I had responsibilities regarding New Projects and New Business. Analyzing and testing a New Scorecard, defining the rules of the New Business Strategy Manager and executing tasks related to the monthly reporting.My emphasis while at this role goes to the Delinquency Flag Calculation – Analysis and implementation of a New Risk calculation Method, solving an issue with more than 7 years, referenced at a regional level with a High level of urgency and difficulty.

I’ve started my professional experience at Banco Credibom, S.A. leading medium and high complexity key projects for almost 3 years. At this role, I’ve managed Oracle’s EnterpriseOne application and all business interactions with this platform.I was also responsible for the implementation of several IT solutions addressing business needs, as the Metacard Project – Card Debt Management System – that within 18 months has proven to be a competitive advantage for the Credibom’s strategic approach to the finance sector.During that time, I worked as project manager, managing the relationship with the external consultant’s team and the normal project activities.I was also working as Business analyst and as Functional Analyst, creating the necessary functional analysis to support all the necessary changes regarding the connections between the new Receivables system and the existing surrounding systems, i.e., regarding the Front-End, to the Authorization Center (real-time transactions), etc.

I’ve started my professional experience as a Functional/Finance Consultant at Do IT – Business Solutions for about two years, implementing Oracle’s ERP EnterpriseOne.Being part of various projects, I had wing to wing responsibilities regarding several project stages. For instance, gathering all the business requirement’s, As-Is Process definition, To-Be Process Definition and Implementation, Parameter Setup, User Manuals, User Training, Unit Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Roll Out activities.This role as allowed me to have a deep understanding of the finance business, and to gain an extensive knowledge at business orientation.
