My Professional background has been mainly developed within the IT area, always combining Project Management, a strong Financial knowledge and leading capabilities. While Leading and/or being a Project team member I’ve developed an extensive knowledge of the Finance area (mainly in the Banking Industry) and acquired strong IT skills.Working in National and International environments, with multi-dimensional and multi-cultural teams, has given me the required tools to grow in terms of leadership, communication and conflict management.I’ve started as a Financial/Functional Consultant at Do IT - Business Solutions, implementing Oracle’s ERP, Enterprise One.Afterwards, I went to the Banco Credibom S.A. to work as Project Manager, Business Analyst and Functional Analyst.The next step was GE Money. Due to an invitation, I went to work for a VisionPLUS implementation Project, working as Finance & Risk Manager being a resourceful and all-around person, easily adapting to the different daily challenges of a multinational company environment.At Volkswagen Financial Services the challenge was to be part of a small team that had the task to create a company “from scratch”.
