About Pedro Martinez Martinez

A lo largo de mi carrera he trabajado en diferentes departamentos, a saber:Modelado.Character FX.Layout Rough, Final, SetDress, SceneComp.Render.TD de departamento y pipeline.Mis intereses actuales van orientados a las partes técnicas del proceso, y sobre todo al desarrollo de scripts, herramientas, automatismos y optimización.He trabajado también desarrollando pipeline y workflow dentro de varios departamentos, especialmente en la parte final (scenecomp, fixing, light, render, comp) que es la que más me atrae.Me encanta el debug de problemas, y la creación de fixes para los diversos problemas del dia a dia de una producción. Y sobre todo me encanta trabajar en la optimización de procesos, en lo que se suele decir: que el artista solamente se preocupe de crear, no de pelearse con los requerimientos de un pipeline o de un naming convention. Escuchar sus necesidades y entregarle una herramienta que cubra sus necesidades es lo más gratificante para mí.Por último, tengo experiencia como supervisor de departamento y artista senior, por lo que conozco de primera mano las interioridades del proceso de producción a varios niveles.
