In Nemus I've performed a variety of functions in the Environmental and Sustainability fields. During the 7 years with Nemus I took part in more than 60 projects, specializing in noise, air quality, water resources and sediment contamination and participating in projects such as environmental impact assessments, strategic environmental assessments, social studies and environmental monitoring, as a field technician, expert consultant and project manager/coordinator.The work developed at Nemus covered not only Portugal, but also brought a decisive experience in countries such as Mozambique, Malawi and Brasil.

Bilbao Area, Spain

Integrated in the portuguese entrepeneurship program INOV Contacto, promoted by AICEP, I developed my internship in ATEGRUS, a spanish company working in the waste management, urban and public wastewater and solid waste issues, energy and environment sector, through the portuguese company APEMETA. The work developed consisted in the production of a state-of-the-art and environmental report regarding the Water, Bioenergy and Waste sector in Spain for APEMETA, using the favourable positioning and knowledge of ATEGRUS.

As part of the curricular internship of the Environmental Engineer course, I integrated the Environment and Quality of Life team of YDreams, a cutting edge portuguese companyin the field of interactivity and augmented reality technologies within a broad range of fields.In the Air Quality area, I've investigated the Ozone quality prediction through the use of Data Mining.Later on, also in the Air Quality field, I've developed proposals that integrate Google Earth and Microgeography.
