- Validation the 3D CAD data plastic part as molding PTM .- Responsible for the factory tool transfer stage (Tool, Injection process reliability in relation with the factory specifications). - Preparation of the DFM to launch the tool.- Updates the action plan and displays the information to the toolmakers- Makes lessons learnt on his project (best practices / bad experiences) and communicate them to Expertise injection & tooling group- Updates the department data base- Responsible for takes part to the trials and manages the needed actions in order to reach the Injection trials targets defined during the Trial Preparation Meeting, in accordance with the safety rules- Brings added value to the tool purchasing team- Responsible for technical contact with the toolmakers during the project life

- Validation the 3D CAD data plastic part as molding PTM (CMFB Project).- Study the 3D CAD data from R&D to propose a lean design to perform the tooling.- Preparation of the DFM to launch the tool.- Mold Validation with Mold Design Approval and THS Check List and mold validation in China- Moldmaker development in Brazil for rotative technology (Motor Holder) - Mold reception and Try Out from Off Tool to Initial Sample Validation- Help the THS Mould team to develop the parts and Molds for TPT and TFE products and mold.- Work with different project time with the aim of respecting Valeo Standard, Quality, Cost and delay. Always force of proposal for innovation or improvement in the tools.
