Pydna is a tool that allows the simulation and verification of cloning strategies. In an attempt to improve execution speeds I integrated the Graph-tool package into the aforementioned tool.Unfortunately, execution times couldn't be improved just by switching packages. Instead, I managed to pinpoint another bottlenecks in the code.
