  BRASA is a global, interdisciplinary community of scholars dedicated to advancing Brazilian studies, particularly in the humanities and social sciences. With a focus on promoting Brazilian studies worldwide and in the United States, BRASA fosters collaboration and scholarship across all fields.Board Members manage and organize the BRASA organization on campus. Weekly meetings with board members to discuss and plan events, stimulate more organization participation, and increase overall efficiency of operations.As Vice President, I was responsible for managing the executive team both as a group and individually. The Vice President oversees all divisions of the organization, meaning that the VP manages events and activities organized by individual executive member as well as the association as a whole. This includes strategic planning, budgeting, scheduling, and managing members and resources to ensure the successful operation of all aspects of BRASA.
