As an Agile Coach, my role was to promote the growth of an agility culture in the Organisation, across offices and the Miniclip group's companies. I supported product teams in achieving their goals, worked with leadership to shape culture, and developed subject-matter expertise in the release operations of games and content.I leveraged on several years of practice as a line manager, mentor and coach to a team including ScrumMasters, testers and QA Engineers, and on having been a ScrumMaster myself in some of Miniclip's key product teams. I also assisted teams in Kanban adoptions across the Organisation. Besides coaching, I developed in-house tools to support better decision-making in release management and live operations.
