Tema, Greater Accra, Ghana

• In charge for managing two production units dedicated for TEMA HARBOUR EXPANSION PROJECT rock deliver, on a total of 3.000.000 m3, to an breakwater construction with 3.550m long. • Management of all operations within quarry´s scope on a day by day basis (i.e. drilling design patterns, blasting design, execution and monitoring, equipments management and maintenance plans, management of workshops operations (welding and mechanical)), to ensure that the outputs are being delivered on schedule, on budget and on required quality.• Management of two crushing plants units, with installed capacity of 150 m3/h for aggregates production and supply, within project concrete specifications (i.e. acropodes, caissons and piers).• Co-elaboration and execution of Traffic Management Plan (TMP) and Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) according to International Finance Corporation (IFC) standards.• Elaboration of TMP weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.• Implementation of all TMP and TIA specifications and standards “in situ”.• Guidelines implementation from IFC Performance Standards (PS) (PS 1 to 7).• Elaboration of Quarry Rehabilitation Plan (QRP) and Co-elaboration of Quarry Environmental Management Plan (QEMP).• HSS Coordination ( i.e. risk assessments, KPI management, trainings, implementation on site, building/set up safe work environment).• Maintain high standards of HSS and comply with Project’s Health & Safety Policies System requirements. • Contact with stakeholders (Disctrit Assemblies and local power assemblies), government institutions (i.e. Minerals Commissions), and environmental institutions (i.e. EPA).• Forecast monthly revenue. • Monthly production reporting.• Develop project work plans and schedules, discuss project priorities with the Client and PMC and implementation of the assigned program.• Prepare cost estimates and budgets.• Elaboration of Method Statements (MS) for quarry´s operations and related activities.

Lobito Refinery - Sonaref (Angola)

• • Responsable of contract management with the scope of rock blasting and processing of stone aggregates for reclamation platform of the pier and armourstones for the breakwater.• Crushing plant management (METSO and POWERSCREEN mobile plants) for aggregates production.• Accountable for the successful delivery of assigned projects within budget, on schedule, in accordance with the approved plans and specifications and applicable government codes, all within established project methodologies.• Forecast monthly revenue, monthly financial reporting and client invoicing.• Develop project work plans and schedules, discuss project priorities with client, and plan assigned program.• Mechanical support for all the equipments from COSTA BLANCA (more than 100 equipments), including the elaboration of maintenance plans, preventive maintenance on schedules and manage all the repairs that were needed.• Actively manage projects on a day to day basis to ensure that project outputs are being delivered on schedule, to budget and to the required quality.• Prepare cost estimates and budgets.• Approve trade supplier and contractor invoices in accordance with project specifications, field change orders, etc.• Identify and manage all project issues and risks and, where appropriate, elevate the issues for resolution or action.• Establish and maintain positive and effective working relations with all members of the project delivery team and operations team.• Maintain standards of HSE and comply with Project’s Health, Safety & Environment Policies System requirements.

Lubango, Angola

• Technical support in the blasting methods and management of the SANDVIK industrial plant unit for aggregates production (aggregates sizes: 0/5, 5/15, 15/25 and 25/40 mm).• Management of a concrete prefabricated unit, with the production of paving interlocks, concrete blocks, water concrete pipes and other concrete elements.• Commercial and sales management for the quarry aggregates and the prefabricated concrete elements.• Management and mechanical support for all heavy equipments in the company. All that concern maintenance and repairs of excavators, loaders and dumper trucks.• Elaboration of monthly cost control plans and cash-flows reports.• Contact with the clients, for ensure the bests production standarts within client´s requirements and specifications.• Prepare cost estimates and budgets.

Algeria, Cape Verde, Angola

• Geotechnical Engineer in charge for the provinces of Benguela and Bié (Angola), at the hidrogeologic department of the company IRMÃOS CAVACO – SUCURSAL ANGOLA, in the project “Water for all people”, a Governmental project for manufactured water wells.• Manage and coordinate in the construction of water wells and other related civil works, like construction of water tanks, installation of solar panels, water pumps and fountains.• Project Manager (Cape Verde) and Assist Project Manager (Algeria) as company´s legal representant in several consortium marine and harbours projects, with others construction companies.• Managing all the blasting works (underwater and in the quarries) for those projects.• Quarry and plant management for the production of the aggregates (for concrete ready mixtures), reclamation platform and armourstones (for the breakwaters) within all projects standarts, specifications and budgets.• Managing and supervision of all reclamations platforms, breakwaters and concrete structural elements on projects sites, within projects quality standarts, budgets and dead lines.• Prepare cost estimates and budgets.• Managing subcontractor’s to the expedition of rock materials from the quarry to the project site.• Maintain standards of HSE and comply with Project’s Health, Safety & Environment Policies System requirements. • Elaboration of monthly cost control plans and cash-flows reports.

• Technical support for the quarries of the company, planning and supervising the rock blastings and the METSO crusher plant for aggregates production for asphalt mixtures. • Technical direction of the company laboratory for quality surveyor to the aggregates control. • In charge for the implementation of CE Marking Norms, added in accordance with the Harmonized European Norms ISO 9001 that regulates and manage the quality control policies for the rock aggregates productions.
