DCF and multiples valuation, DD coordination, offers’ preparation, negotiation of the acquisition);- Preparation of business plans, information memorandums and feasibility studies, which include operational, investment, taxation, accounting and financial aspects;- Preparation of cost-benefit analysis of investment projects, based on European Commission framework;- Financial support on the renegotiation of concession agreements;- Analysis of risk sharing matrixes;- Financial model development for project and corporate finance purposes;- Sensitivity analysis to the financial model, supporting management decision making;- Financial model review/audit.Infrastructure Sectors: - Transport (Urban transit, Rail, Roads, Ports and logistics);- Social Infrastructure (Healthcare and Leisure);- Energy and Natural Resources (Power generation, transmission and distribution, Water and wastewater, Solid waste management, Mining).
