Throughout our involvement, we have been responsible for structuring and negotiating commercial rights contracts, resulting in a 1000% increase in revenue generated across four distinct competitions.In addition to the mentioned responsibilities, I have also been tasked with driving the international broadcast rights and sports betting commercialization, seeking global expansion opportunities and strategic partnerships. As the Planning Coordinator, I had the opportunity to lead important initiatives, including the establishment of the Independent Procurement Department. In this role, we centralized all requests for the purchase of goods and services within the organization, implementing a more efficient and transparent process. Responsible for structuring the team, designing processes, procedures, and guidelines, as well as developing professionals to handle the requests.One of the highlights of our work was achieving significant savings for the organization. In 2022, we generated savings of R$ 50 million through contract reviews, renegotiations, and the hiring of new suppliers. My expertise in negotiations and market knowledge were instrumental in achieving these impressive results.As part of my responsibilities, I led contract negotiations and prepared Request for Proposals (RFPs) for high-value projects exceeding R$ 100 million.
