The planning department has played a crucial role in the development and execution of the marketing plan for the FIFA World Cup in Qatar. Additionally, we are leading the overall planning for the Women's World Cup in Australia and New Zealand, ensuring the success of the delegation and support areas during the event. Throughout our involvement, we have been responsible for structuring and negotiating commercial rights contracts, resulting in a 1000% increase in revenue generated across four distinct competitions.In addition to the mentioned responsibilities, I have also been tasked with driving the international broadcast rights and sports betting commercialization, seeking global expansion opportunities and strategic partnerships. Through effective negotiations, we have achieved significant results in revenue maximization and reaching an international audience.Furthermore, I have provided support to the commercial and marketing team in sponsorship negotiations for national teams and competitions, contributing to brand strengthening and securing important sponsorship agreements.My experience as the Planning Manager at the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) has been marked by success in the commercialization of broadcast rights, strategic planning, and effective commercial negotiations.

As the Planning Coordinator, I had the opportunity to lead important initiatives, including the establishment of the Independent Procurement Department. In this role, we centralized all requests for the purchase of goods and services within the organization, implementing a more efficient and transparent process. Responsible for structuring the team, designing processes, procedures, and guidelines, as well as developing professionals to handle the requests.One of the highlights of our work was achieving significant savings for the organization. In 2022, we generated savings of R$ 50 million through contract reviews, renegotiations, and the hiring of new suppliers. My expertise in negotiations and market knowledge were instrumental in achieving these impressive results.As part of my responsibilities, I led contract negotiations and prepared Request for Proposals (RFPs) for high-value projects exceeding R$ 100 million. This experience allowed me to enhance my skills in complex negotiations and establish strategic partnerships with key suppliers.Another area where I successfully operated was in the negotiation of broadcast and commercial rights for championships and national teams. I participated in strategic discussions regarding negotiation models, prepared RFPs, and was involved in negotiations with major rights holders. This experience provided me with a comprehensive view of the sports market and the ability to conduct strategic negotiations to maximize the value of acquired rights.
