My role involved overseeing economic and sectoral analysis in Bogotá, providing economic data and public finance insights for local public policy decision-making. During my tenure, we created 12 dashboards featuring over 50 economic indicators, published over 300 reports and notes on the city's economic performance, and produced more than 150 graphics and infographics for public dissemination.

My contributions were instrumental in supporting the legislative approval of 3 key articles in the Development Plan Law 2018-2022, transforming the National Statistical System and enhancing DANE's role as the national data authority.

- Supported 3 inter-ministerial committees in topics related with customs efficiency, sustainable mobility and modal efficiency, sustainable infrastructure, foreign investment, agricultural and technological extensions. - Gave advice and support on the formulation/implementation process for enacting economic policy papers (CONPES) related with STI policy: Productive Development Policy, Labs Policy (3957), Multipurpose Cadastral Policy (3958), Business Formalization Policy (3956).- Accompanied dialogue processes with international organizations and technical cooperation institutions with an agenda focused on the promotion of the Colombian productive sectors, for example, the Swiss Embassy (SECO), the British Embassy (Catapult UK), the European Union, the OECD, CIAT, among others.- Designed a follow-up tool for strategic advocating, boosting and unblocking bottlenecks on Strategic National Investment Projects (+100 projects: Infrastructure, Energy, Mining, Oil & Gas, Telecom., Trade).

As a project manager, I was in charge of the direction, supervision, development, structuring, review, and delivery of products of the projects assigned by the general manager. For this short-term project, I adviced on sustainability and CSR topics, conducted reviews, and supported the assessment process of environmental and social impacts and risks in CEMEX's 14 Cement Plants operating in Mexico.
