I am an Industrial and Systems Engineer graduated from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM). Currently, I am pursuing a Master's Degree in Business Administration at the same educational institution.I consider that new challenges are an opportunity to improve myself and reach my maximum potential. My goal is to positively impact every environment in which I operate, leaving a significant mark.As a technical information specialist at John Deere, I have developed key skills in leadership, management, communication, continuous improvement and innovation. I author technical content and implement continuous improvements through technical publications for machines. I use various modeling and visualization tools, as well as Office applications to carry out my activities, currently in the process of automating results visualizations through PowerBi. Through direct contact with global teams, we guarantee success in carrying out projects and achieve high quality standards. Thanks to our effective communication, teamwork and innovation, we managed to increase the efficiency of our processes, which resulted in recognition with the “Vice President's Award” at a global level in 2023.In addition, I have experience in customer service in the spare parts department in Mexico at John Deere, as well as in manufacturing at Regal Rexnord.Thanks to my professional studies and my postgraduate degree, I have developed knowledge and interest in areas such as administration, supply chain, logistics and quality. I am continuing learning and open to work in positions related to these fields.I am excited to continue growing professionally, face new challenges, and apply the skills and knowledge I have acquired throughout my studies and work experience.
