With over three years leading organizational and cultural transformation at Aigües de Barcelona, I have defined and directed key projects focused on evolving the organizational model to align it with corporate strategy, reducing bureaucracy and enhancing the value contribution of the teams. In my previous role at SUEZ Spain, I led the Organization department, overseeing the implementation of organizational models and cross-functional processes. My focus has always been on process optimization and efficiency.
