University degree in computer science and a post graduation in Marketing & CRMPMP & Program Management certification5 years in automotive industry ( Mercedes-Benz Portugal and Daimler-Chrysler AG ) working in the network area and CRM implementation project in Portugal, Stuttgart and Maastricht.1 year in IT consultancy in Munich ( datacall systeme ) being responsible for the consultancy team, implementing CRM projects within Siebel platform.21 years in Insurance industry ( AXA Portugal, AXA MedLa region, Açoreana Seguros, Seguradoras Unidas (Tranquilidade) and UNA Seguros). While in AXA, managed projects, programs and IT areas, working for AXA Portugal in CRM, AXA Morocco and AXA Algeria on program management and Quixa and Seguro Directo as delivery manager. For the last years in AXA, integrated the IT Portugal team being responsible for the project management, Quality assurance and solution delivery teams.In Açoreana Seguros, was responsible for the IT development teams, demand and project management and functional architecture team, In Seguradoras Unidas (Tranquilidade - Açoreana), was responsible by IT project management area and global IT PMO, that includes Budget Control, Program and Project control.
