Reporting to the Executive Director and to the Senior Superintent, participated in the development and structuring of Private Bank Area, as of the beginning of its operation in 2003, at Verax Serviços Financeiros until october 2008

Reporting to the Executive Director and to the Capital Market Vice President, participated in the development and structuring of Itau Private Bank, as of the beginning of its operation in 1991.Reorganized and consolidated the Private Banking department of Banco Francês e Brasileiro, acquired by Itaú in 1995, developed back office integration, doubled the customer base in one year and a half and doubled the volume of Managed Assets. Due to this performance was awarded the Performance Award of 1998. Coordinated the project of integrating Personalité (formerly BFB) clients into the Private Bank environment through Credit, Banking and Investment Portfolio Management Platforms. Started and coordinated the area’s CRM project, and participated in other managerial support systems’ projects with a view to improvement, increase of productivity, agility and faster service to clients.

Reporting to the National Director and Credit Vice President, participated in the bank’s Strategic Planning for the 1990’s. Coordinated and led the planning, creation and development of DIF – Directorate of Financial Institution, specialized in increasing sinergy and relations with the financial market. Developed teams of relations managers for the area in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. Developed a substancial increase of funding in Brazilian and foreign currency for the Treasury with the country’s major banks. Established a global strategy of business partnership regarding Credit and Services, both as supplier and user. Responsible for the development, dissemination and implementation of the specific Credit Process for the Bank market. Member of the credit Committee, with authority to grant credit of up to US$ 1 million. Participated in the first workgroup at FEBRABAN which elaborated the Manual “Introduction to the Analysis of Financial Institutions”.

As Senior Group Manager of Banco Crefisul, a major financial group controlled by Citicorp, participated in the structuring and setting up of FID- Financial Institutions Division to analyze the credit process and develop business relationships with the National Financial System (Sistema Financeiro Nacional).

Reporting to the Commercial Superintendent, was responsible for the relationship and management of a group of domestic and multinational companies, with commercial and investment banking corporate transactions. Managed credit limits, above US$ 5 million for these corporations, worked in the continuous search of new opportunities in banking and development of products and services for these clients.

Responsible for the relationship with a group of branches to transfer credit transactions according to Resolutions 4131 and 63 for PJ. These operations were made through a network of branches, with the support of teams of managers.

Started in the company selling calculators, standing out as one of the best in the team. In one year was promoted to Manager, becoming responsible for a group of five salesmen.
