• I am an entrepreneur in the energy sector with twelve years of experience as the CEO of Stonos. After leading electric power system projects outsourced by ENEL, COPEL, Saneago, and participating in energy projects using various energy sources for Grupo Ypê, Cerradinho Bioenergia, Usina Goianésia, among others, I specialized since 2015 in solar photovoltaic power plants for Agribusiness in Brazil, the 6th largest solar photovoltaic market in the world.• As Founder and CEO, I initiated Stonos, selling our first power plant of over 1 MW in 2018. I have grown the company to a team of 50, achieving over dozens of MW in operational solar photovoltaic power capacity and securing more than 10% of the Agribusiness distributed minigeration power systems in Goiás during the year 2023. Currently, I manage multidisciplinary teams with digitalized processes, workflows, and customer communications to scale-up Stonos across the country.• I have engaged systematically with the startup ecosystem, acting in the past with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) helping to develop a financing solution to promote energy efficiency for small businesses optimization. Additionally, I serve as an energy consultant with extensive experience with renewable energy, PPA, EPC, capital-intensive projects, infraestructure, construction, energy policy, regulatory frameworks, business planning and development, project finance, risk and portfolio management, and a deep understanding of energy markets, energy trading and technologies.• With a strong background in defining and implementing corporate strategies, I am firmly guided by ESG and sustainability principles, which I am passionate about and see as my great career purpose.• Committed to continuous personal and professional growth, I am currently enrolled in the Executive MBA program at IESE Business School and pursuing certifications from the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC) and the CFA Institute in ESG Investing.
